What happens next
The ticket lifecycle

Logged
Your submission becomes a ticket with a timestamp and is matched against server logs from the time you gave.
- 02
Reviewed
An admin works the ticket against logs and evidence. Appeals are always reviewed by someone other than the issuing admin.
- 03
Decision
You get an answer on Discord, usually within 48 hours. Outcomes and reasoning are recorded, so decisions stay consistent over time.
