What happens next

The ticket lifecycle

    Admin Reachout

    Your submission becomes a ticket on Discord and an admin will respond to you. (Keep a lookout for pings)

  2. 02

    Discussion and Review

    An admin works the ticket against logs, evidence, and your responses. Provide as much details as you can, photo/video evidence is always better than word of mouth. Tip: Being cordial helps :)

  3. 03

    Decision

    You'll always get a clear decision from the admin(s) involved. Outcomes and reasoning are recorded, so decisions stay consistent over time. Note, it is at admin's discretion for appeals if the incriminating evidence will be shown.
